Don’t Forget Your Roots is a family of home textiles products, where we tell stories about different traditional crafts from across the world. Our purpose is to give life to the crafts which are dead and not valued in today’s lifestyle.

2) What kind of home textile products does Don’t Forget Your Roots retail?

We make Cushion Covers, Table Napkins, Table Mats, Place Mats, Table Linens, Dressing Gowns, Cotton Blankets, Aprons, Scrunchies and many more.

3) What material are the products made of?

We use 100% cottons in our products such as Lapet Dobby Cotton, Dobby Cotton, Cotton Lurex, Cambridge Cotton, 20’s Sheeting and so on.

4) How can I take a good care of naturally dyed products?

After so many testings we recommend costumers to use dry clean as their first option. Second option can be hand wash. But for the first 2 washes, dip the product in salt water as natural dyed fabric do bleed. We also suggest you to wash your products separately. 

5) Is the product image shown on website accurate?

Yes, they are. But to be precise we have mentioned the sizes of our products in product detail. You can take reference from there. It might help you!

6) Do you run any workshops or courses?

Sorry to say, we don’t.

7) Are your products handmade?

All the products are handmade by skilled artisans, craftsman and makers sourced from India. Making by hand can naturally lead to slight variations in size, finish and colour.

As each piece is handcrafted exquisitely with valued time, effort and cost, just for you, once placed the order cannot be cancelled.

Yes, Of course. You can see that option once you checkout for payment.

12) How long does Don’t Forget Your Roots take to ship?

We require 4 to 5 days to finely handcraft your order. However the Ready to Ship pieces get dispatched in 48 to 72 hours.
